FREE for shoppers!

Come out to the Frederick News Post building between 7am and 1pm to see what all your neighbors are selling and to support Hayden's Heroes! We'll be on site with our new merchandise and capes for the kids to decorate, so bring the whole family down for a morning of community excitement!

Doing a little spring cleaning but don't know how to get rid of all that extra stuff?? Donate it to Hayden's Heroes! We're accepting donated items of any kind to sell at the Yard Sale- just email carly.haydensheroes@gmail.com or reach out on Facebook and we'll come take it off your hands!

3rd Annual 5K and Fun Run
Sunday, May 18th, 2014
Monocacy Village Park, off N. East St. and Delaware Road

We hope to see everyone back for our exciting annual race! The 5K will begin at 9am, and circle the park and nearby neighborhoods, while the Fun Run will begin at 9:45 and include a loop of the parkside roads.
